TERMS OF SERVICE

COVID-19  Safety Measures:

To ensure everyone’s safety, strict adherence to NHS guidelines for prevention is carried out.

Kindly inform ASAP if you, your family members or your friends display any symptoms. The appointment can be rescheduled to a later date.  If you have tested positive for COVID-19, another appointment will only be offered after you have tested negative.

If the government enforces stringent COVID-19 regulations, you will be advised accordingly.  All disinfectants are provided to the client during a COVID crisis on arrival and when exiting the premises.

Hygiene Protocols:

I follow scrupulous hygiene protocols before and after each appointment.  All bedding undergoes a high-temperature wash at 60°C followed by sterilisation in the treatment room.  I also adhere to rigorous hand hygiene guidelines before and after seeing a client.

Mobile Service:

The therapist will have the necessary disinfectants but will also need access to wash hands before and after treatment.

If the client’s address is beyond the service area, a petrol fee will apply.

Services:

A phone consultation is necessary to assess contraindications before booking an appointment that may prevent you from receiving the services.

I would like to emphasise the services focus on stress, muscle, spasm relief, improving circulation and detoxifying the body.  Complementary therapy and advice is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice.  They can, however, work in harmony with ongoing treatments you may be receiving.

This small business does not prescribe medical treatment but rather health tips for clients to voluntarily try to improve their ailments.

It’s worth noting that all the products used including oils and creams, are natural, organic and cruelty-free.  Sourced from reputable stockists to ensure quality.  Allergy sufferers may have limited options.

Data Protection:

All personal information is kept in a secure safe which only I have access to.  Before collecting any information, I will ask for your explicit consent and will only collect necessary details such as name, phone number, email address and information regarding your past and recent medical history.   This is a requirement for insurance purposes and is kept for a maximum of 7 years.  After that, it will be securely destroyed if you are no longer a client of “to-Nirvana”.

Your personal information is only used with your consent to provide you with current offers and specials.  Website information is encrypted by “Squarespace” and is only accessed by me to ensure that your information is protected at all times.

Bookings:

To book an appointment, please call, text or email. Full payment is taken before your appointment.
A free phone consultation is necessary to assess contraindications.

You will lose your session if you have not given the minimum required notice period of 48 hours.  Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 48 hours, whatever the circumstances.  However, exceptions may be made at the therapist’s discretion during a possible Covid crisis or self-isolating stance.

This small business provides a service and may charge for missed appointments or service time to survive.  Thank you for understanding.

Please be on time for your appointment so I can offer you the best service. Strict NHS guidelines must be followed at the end of your session and between clients.

Each session is governed by time and arriving late will not allow you to experience the full benefit of treatment. In this instance, you may have to be re-booked.

Late arrivals or no-shows will not receive a full or partial refund.  Late attendees arriving 20 minutes past the expected time may have to be rebooked at the discretion of the therapist.

If notice has been given, you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.

Refunds are to be requested by email to: hello@to-nirvana.com.

For the first visit kindly arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to fill in the necessary paperwork required for insurance purposes.

Making an appointment via email you will be issued an invoice which should be paid in full to secure your booking.

For subsequent visits, the therapist may be with another client if you come earlier than your appointment time and the gate may be locked. To avoid any disappointments, you are advised to come no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time which also allows for feet and hand sanitation to be carried out.

Parking:
Parking on-site is at your own risk.  However, vehicles are parked behind locked gates. We will not accept responsibility for any losses, damage, or accidents.

Gift vouchers:

The voucher can be purchased by phone or email and is sent directly to the recipient via email or in hard copy format.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and then expire. Please note they cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher cannot be redeemed online.  Contact to-Nirvana via phone or email to arrange your appointment using the voucher.

If you have any enquiries or complaints please email: hello@to-nirvana.com.
