So what is Indian Head Massage?

An ancient system of medicine called Ayurveda which means “The Science of Life” practiced by holy men to balance spirit, body and mind wellness.  This therapy dates as far back as 600 BC.

IHM is based on the 7 Chakras. Specific points in the body, with the mindset that energy channels flow throughout the body.

From the root of your spine to your head (crown) which houses the brain – the powerhouse of your body.  That wonder that helps you read and learn, triggers your 5 senses.  Various massage techniques are employed on the head, neck, and shoulder region.  Increasing blood flow, and lymph drainage. Reducing inflammation, spasms, knots and pain providing balance.
